ishafelFirst feeding the horses, then opening presents here, then off to my grandparents. Is it so wrong that I'd prefer to stay home and read http://yuletidetreasure.org/archive/yuletide2006_byfandom.html stories?
I already got up super early to read my story, and I was super rewarded, too. At the Hands of the Wicked is gorgeous, long, plotty and dark. And it's Melusine fic! Which I've been dying for since I read the book.
Now, a little challenge for you, flist. This year I wrote three Yuletide fics. If you can guess one of them, I'll write you 500 words in any fandom I'm familiar with. Two=1000 words, and all three=5000 words. I'll even give you a couple of hints--one of them is in a fandom I've written before. And one of them is seriously bad!wrong, and I feel sort of guilty and sick about it, because I'm not sure it's what the recipient had in mind.
